Biography
Bashir Al Kaddoumi, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.S.C.A.I; has an active practice in cardiovascular medicine with focus on atherosclerotic vascular disease and intervention throughout the circulation. Dr. Al Kaddoumi graduated from University of Jordan, College of Medicine where he completed his internship in Internal Medicine. Afterwards, he went on to complete Residency in Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio. After completing Residency, he then completed his Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at University of Texas HSC Houston in Houston, Texas. He then proceeded to complete his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Harper University Hospital, Detroit Medical Center, Michigan.
Dr. Al Kaddoumi is the only Interventional Cardiologist in the Houston Northwest region to hold Eight Board Certifications: American Board of Internal Medicine. American Board of Cardiovascular Diseases. American Board of Interventional Cardiology. American Board of Vascular Medicine. American Board of Endovascular Interventions. Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. National Board of Echocardiography. Registered Physician of Vascular Interpretation.
Dr. Al Kaddoumi offers a complete scope of diagnostic testing, treatments and procedures that range from ultrasonography of the veins and arteries through echocardiography, cardiac stress test to catheterization of the heart and vessels. During procedures, he is taking the most innovative and minimally invasive approaches, such as cardiac catheterization through radial access (wrist) or endovenous treatment of vein disorders. He performs interventions on the heart and vessels at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital, Memorial Hermann Cypress Care Center, St. Luke’s Hospital at The Vintage and Tomball Regional Hospital using state-of-the-art digital cardiac catheterization labs.
Dr. Al Kaddoumi had built his practice on the principle of providing high quality comprehensive cardiovascular care to each patient by offering the most advanced and thorough treatment and take time to answer questions and educate his patients on their condition and the treatment options available.

Dr. Ahmad Isbitan, MD, FACC, FSCAI:
Dr. Isbitan earned his Medical Degree from the Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan. In order to advance his medical career, Dr. Isbitan relocated to the United States to complete his three-year Internal Medicine Residency at Saint Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. Upon completion of his Internal Medicine Residency, Dr. Isbitan proceeded to complete fellowships in both Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology with St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center affiliated with New York Medical College in New Jersey.
Dr. Isbitan began his career as an Interventional Cardiologist at Saint Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky. In addition to his clinical work Dr. Isbitan served as a Member at Large with the Medical Staff Office at Saint Claire Regional Medical Center. As an interventionist, Dr. Isbitan has acquired extensive knowledge in the latest technology involving peripheral arterial and percutaneous coronary interventions as well as deep and superficial venous treatment. Dr. Isbitan is a highly skilled physician in limb salvage intervention for peripheral arterial disease patients, along with a strong focus on the early identification of heart and blood vessel disorders to significantly increase patient survival rates.
Dr. Isbitan has participated in 7 published research projects in well-known medical journals such as American Heart Association Circulation Journal, National Library of Medicine, and The Journal of Valvular Heart Disease. Projects focusing on evaluation and treatment of patients with peripheral vascular disease and structural heart conditions.
In August of 2022, Dr. Isbitan joined Sam Houston Heart and Vascular Center located in Houston, Texas. Sam Houston Heart and Vascular Center offers a wide array of diagnostic tests and treatments for heart and blood vessel disorders in people of all ages. Dr. Isbitan takes pride in offering courteous, compassionate, respectful care to all patients and their families. He is determined to find the root cause of each patient’s symptoms and offers minimally invasive procedures whenever possible, while maintaining the highest standards in heart and vascular care available.
Dr. Isbitan enjoys spending his leisure time with his wife and three daughters by traveling and creating family memories. He enjoys relaxing by painting portraits of loved ones and inspirational landscapes. Dr. Isbitan keeps his heart healthy by playing soccer and golf.
